I'm installing extra channels on a Washing PLL 8719 but not sure on the pin numbers like Pin 1 2 3 etc, could some explain please and a pics would be very helpful.

Pins 1 and 18 have a "U" shaped cut out on the top of the chip (non-solder side of the board) and usually Pin 1 has a dot (either painted or etched) near it-again on the top of the chip (non-solder side of the board).
