Nothing new...why is it nearly every pirate radio station is run by someone with a Hispanic last name?

Glad he got caught!

I would assume in Mexico, enforcement is lacking far worse than our own FCC and these people come over here and think they can do the same.

Pretty stupid to think you can run a pirate station and get away with it on the commercial broadcast bands.
