Update: If you want to use a 3rd party chat client (like MIRC), connect to the Dynastynet network and join #HamCBRadioChat. That's where the chat room is located.

Just click on yes to the first error and then click on no to not block content. I was just on and received no intrusion warnings from my norton internet security

Java warns about this "potentially unsafe" application because it's a chat app...just read the warning and click on the "NO" option to ignore the message and you'll get in.
