I have a new connex 3300 right out of the box . will not dead key but 5 watts and only swing about 10 watts what should I do

I found the problem even though it was new and the finals were new. they were bad. I checked them with a peak transistor checker and they checked good but they were low. So I changed them and now im back to full power.
