Since I have not seen this one anywhere yet, I thought I would just go ahead and start it on my own.

So now the U.S. government will provide any citizen with a free cell phone, free minutes and free voice mail.

Sounds like a thinly veiled way for them to monitor our communication while also tracking us through the cell towers.

Let's blame this on Obama since everything else is his fault. :blink:

I don't think that's any citizen, I believe it's a program for poor and or senior citizens with low income primarily so that they can reach emergency help if needed. I know one older fellah my way that's got one.
