Hi i'm looking to upgrade my mobile mic from a stock cobra mic to a diesel 1000ohm powered mic with volume control. Will there be a big difference? I'm just seeing if it is worth it. Thanks in advanced everyone

I have absolutely no experience with that specific Mic, however what is it your trying to gain with this upgrade? Improvement in tone quality? Loudness?
I have some doubts that a Mic branded as "Diesel" would be worth the cost of the upgrade. Not trying to be a smart ass, I would rather have more details and be able to give you a solid recommendation.
