I got one in the mail to try out.
It works in place of the old or the new (smt)
band pcb's in the galaxy 44, 66, 88, 99. I installed it in a old and newer radio with no problems in mounting and it and works great.
Cool ideal, It has both types of connectors installed so it
will work in the older or newer Galaxy Radios also has
diodes on the adder outputs for protection.
The IC's are socketed (machine pin) and has the mounting bracket with it.
I was told they will be out the 1st or 2nd week of Jan 2004.

Don't know what it will cost and who will carry them but as I find out more info I will let you know.
Here is a picture of the pcb.
