New Wouxun KG-UV920R now available at Universal Radio

The new Wouxun KG-UV920R is now available at Universal Radio for $280. It looks like Wouxun got smart and backed away from their ridiculous $350 price tag. This radio is now squarely in competition with the AnyTone AT-5888UV at the new price point

I believe they did. Universal probably has the old original spec sheet. The HF receive was what peaked my initial interest when the rig was first announced.

I sent them an email to inquire. If it does, I'd jump on it now, but I doubt it does.

I was told the Wouxun KG-UV920R and the Anytone AT-5888UV are the same radio, can anyone confirm this?

Same here, after I heard it was removed and saw the price I just went with a used kenwood that at least does AM for the airband.
