Here's the next mic I'm parting with this week. I have too many mics and plenty of others to talk on. D104 Silver K Eagle with the roger beeps. When I got it the MC320 crystal element was no good so I put my last Astatic 576 Style Ceramic Cartridge in it. This is the same Ceramic Cart. they put in their famous 576 M6 hand mics - the ones with the Tone Control. Loud Clean and Clear with no tinnyness like the MC320's are. These ceramic cartridges sound more like a Turner mic.
Mic isn't perfect on cosmetics but still very good. I'm rating it a 9.0 out of 10. Has both proper base and head labels. There's a handful of tiny pitting specks in the chrome but no big ones. Chrome is otherwise very shiny. All chrome screws on front and back of head. There is some wear to the felt bottom that is typical from use. All the Roger K Beeps are working fine. 4 Pin Plug wired Cobra. Will leave in the good battery that is inside so it will be ready to plug n' play when you get it.
These 576 Style Ceramic Cartridges are unobtanium and will last you a lifetime of use without worrying about it ever going bad. I was lucky to get a Lot of 10 of them about 20 years ago and have never seen any for sale since. This was my last one and I paired it with a very desirable mic.
