While digging through boxes of old radios looking for parts, I ran across this one. I Don't know where it came from. Powers up but no transmit or receive. Thoughts???

Ok .... Can't believe I am about to post this! I haven't touched this radio since I put up the post. Tonight I hooked it up and and let it sit. Finally I hook my rubber banded mic then the xmt led red/green turned red for a split second now the green and red are both on. Nothing on my watt meter. Next the meter bulb lit up and glows dimly. So I decided to check power the chassis does not hold a ground charge. Does this make any sense to anyone....? Oh yea I have even disconnected power and it is still running both colors
