RE: Dismissal of Application for Renewal of Amateur license KB2SGQ

Dear Mr. Kuth:

By letter dated May 3, 2006, we notified you that your application for renewal of KB2SGQ, filed March 9, 2005, could not be routinely granted and had been referred to the Enforcement Bureau for review. Our letter further notified you that on April 5, 2005, we issued a Warning Notice to you concerning operation without a license on 26.815 MHz, and resulting interference to the 10 meter amateur band, and that we received additional complaints that you operate on 26.815 MHz as well as 26.945 MHz.
