Nice classic radio BJ.
I had a Tram Titan many years ago & it was a great radio.
Trams, Brownings, & Sonars were the best radios around when I was a youngster.

My neighbor that lived a few blocks from me had a Tram TR-27. That was my first recollection of that particular radio. I could see that large S-meter from his front window every time I walked past his house with my walkie. It was fun talking to him while watching that meter. A little later he gave me a 102” whip that I attached to my RS walkie. Although it was very cumbersome to handle, I could now reach out about a mile across town. Not bad for a 100 milliwatt walkie with a 9 volt battery. Fond memories…

I absolutely love the old school Nuvistor preamps in some of these early CB's. I bought several Nuvistor Ameco preamps in the past that I still cherish, in particular the tunable PCL-P. The PV model that was specific to 2 meters was used extensively during the early days of repeaters. IMO Nuvistor = PHENOMENAL receive.

Can anyone tell me the tubes that are in this radio and their functions? I can’t find any information on the Internet anywhere.
