Citing increased job and family commitments, Ohio Section Manager Frank Piper, KI8GW, will step down from his position on January 1. Piper, of Pickerington, has been the Ohio Section Manager since July 2009, when he was tapped to complete the term of office after the death of Joe Phillips, K8QOE. Piper subsequently was elected as Section Manager in 2010 and 2012.



Succeeding Piper will be Scott Y...
