Old aluminum cb antenna question

Hello all. I recently came into possession of a pile of NOS cb antennas. One is from a company called Antenna Incorporated, or Incorporated Antenna. It states on the box that it likes to be called The Big Bertha. It's a 5/8th wave vertical.

Anyone familiar with it? Good, bad, ugly??

Look for the KRUPPS proof marks then strap on a pickelhaube. Aim that railgun with the 2.000-man crew and get ready to shell Paris.

This looks like maybe some sort of copy of the Hy-Gain Penetrator 500, the first CB Antenna to be advertised to take 1500 watts back in the day as many Ham Linear Amplifiers could put out 1500 watts if kicked hard enough. See:
