Does any of you have any experience with this type of Effect SA-1 amplifier? These were manufactured in the early 70's and back then the price tag was set at around 60 USD. The SA-1 has a pair of 12JB6 tubes but some of these amps had 6JB6; which the only difference is the filament voltage; 12 or 6 volts. The one in my pictures is made for 12 volts, but there was a model also for European mains voltages, IE 230 volts. I will give this amp to a good friend of mine as I do not need it and besides, he is also a real collector - which I am not - of old CB radio stuff.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
