Old style connex 3300 no modulation?

I'm doing this from my phone so it probably won't look too well. I did a little more experimenting and this is a problem I had with a HR2510. I believe the final is weak and out of frequency I could tune this connex for much more power in low band around 25MHz. I had the same problem with it HR2510. It would tune
great in one band but not the other I believe the finals go out of frequency.
 
Sure you've heard the expression 'to a man with a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Not saying your experience isn't important, because it is. And you may well be right. After all, this is the single final version radio; right? In which case a single final 3300 with a 3600 chassis putting out 26 watts is still more than it should. And you are using a 50 ohm dummy load and the same meter your tested it with before.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
