old2950 w/ battery

i was reading the tuneup instructions on cbmods.co and l23,l24,l25 all say
peak to max. on a oscope. yet its listed under pll/oscallator. i didnt
wanna screw with it until i asked about it

Battery I believe is for memory. Sometimes people modify original battery and put in a battery holder so it can be changed easier. I did that with a 2950 I had. Jimbo165
