I'll be on the air tomorrow from the race for a few hours. If you have time, try to catch my around 14.250Mhz +/- and give me a few contacts. I'm going to try to be on the air form 9am to 11am Pacific time, although if I get done making breakfast and bloody mary's before 9am, I'll get on earlier :)

I'll be running the Icom 706mkiiG with the Ameritron ALS-500 into a Hi-Q 4/80 with a 12' whip and cap hat. Hopefully mother nature cooperates!

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
