Online scanner link

I had a link to a guys online scanner and it was free no login or anything
anyway it had all kinds of bands to listen to
had a black or bluish background and a signal would show up as white
you could click on the white part and then click up or down in freq to tune it in.
i have lost this link anyone have it or something like it ???
