Opinion on Copper.com's "expand, align and tune"

I have bought lot,s of radio,s and never had any problems but never got a tune. All a lot of cb shops just cut and screwdriver and call 30 or 50. Just send to your real teck but they are far and froum around any more.I used to use the best cobra 2000 teck but he will not work any more. I just bought a few week,s a texas star meter and they send me a free roger 5-tone kit .
