Cracked meter cover (thanks USPS). It works, has a 1.5v cell inside (C I think), has the probe and carry handle. It's supposed to have a banana plug ground wire, but I never found one, any banana plug wire will work, I will include one with alligator clip. I have a printed manual I can add.
