I have a galaxy 250 2 pill amp with abad pairof mrf454,s both arebad.
How difficult would a mosfet conversion be to execute on this galaxy 250 ?

Do what was just suggested, get a new set of HG454’s and be done. To convert over to mosfets would require most of the amp to be re-engineered. It would not be cost effective and you would end up with a crappy mosfet amp.
