Tube-type vintage base amplifier for sale, pre-amp does not work everything else works as should.
Switchable drive input for using with regular radios or high powered types, typical set up is 2 tubes driving 4 tubes with the 2 tube driver section being able to bypass with the hi/o power switch on amp. In Hi mode, use with radios with a max deadkey of 4w and max pep of 40w, in Lo mode use with radios with a max deadkey of 10w and max pep of 150w. You can use amp in Lo mode with regualr radios for lower output if desired as seen in the included video. Radio in video is a Galaxy Pluto with a 3w deadkey swinging 35w PEP: Lo mode output about 250w, perfect for everyday talking, SSB DX, etc. Hi mode output about 850w for good perfomance on AM DX.
Asking $450 shipped (US only) international shipping will be extra.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
