Are there any important differences between the white and black face 300a. A friend knows a guy with a clean white face for sale.

I have had both. If I remember correctly, the relay board is mounted vertically in the white face and horizontally in the black face. Not sure of any other major differences.

From what I know the white is the earlier model with a different relay section mounted vertical. Other than that I believe there is a model that takes a 600v transformer but of all the 300a's ive never seen one . Everything else is the same from what I see.
