palomar 600


There is an D&R Communicatilns CB shop. Says it's located in Clackamas, OR, 97015. Maybe they did some work on it?? It doesn't look like a Palomar 600. A clone or something maybe, that had been rebuilt. Don't think they ever came with toshiba 2879's stock. Not any I remeber seeing anyways. Here is a pic of the place I am speaking of. Maybe they know someting about it. If you look them up in the Yelp app it shows more stuff I believe. Hope this might help. Good luck with finding the maker/builder. Have a good one.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
