Does anyone know the what the PC-122 bias adjustments should be set to? I do not have a service manual. I noticed the similar radios like the TRC-453 and Uniden 810 have different values. Where is a good source for authentic 2SC2312C and 2SC2166 transistors? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum!

The TRC-453 although of older vintage, is similar to the PC-122.

The PC-122 has had several "flavors" and the more current TRC-465 and TRC-485 are closer similar to in construction - cousins.

The Pro-810e is the more similar due to their same manufacture just in a Base radio wrapper.

I would use the Pro-810e or TRC-465 as your "template" to work with.

Thank you Andy. I will use the 810/465.
