PLL01A channel mod?

I have a feeling that particular pll uses a reference divider of 640. They needed the 6.4005 for the RX mixer, but inside the PLL, that extra 500Hz translates to a 0.78Hz error (totally insignificant added up across 23 channels). From Night Rangers explanation being confirmed in other 01A radios, I am convinced the "datasheet" as seen on rixpix is completely wrong. Others have said the same thing on grumpy's forum.

Found the other radio, Kraco 2330A. It has some kinda upper channel mod done to it using the Delta Tune and the 2 push buttons. PTBM029AOX
