Could someone suggest what would be a good handheld Police/Weather Scanner, New or used ?? As my job takes me into Oklahoma and Arkansas 5 nights a week. I am getting closer to Tornado Weather as spring is upon us. Last night there was a few tornadoes reported north of Joplin mo. And i do not want a one way ride to god know's where.
