Portable GMRS Simplex Repeater

I have been checking out different repeater hardware lately. Thinking about putting up something at the house. We currently use GMRS handheld radios between houses here in the neighborhood, my wife takes care of her mother who lives down the street. My parents live on the other side of town and the handhelds almost go that far, but not quite. Maybe a small repeater with a big antenna would help.

here at my place i use a simplex repeater simple to use and adapt,,, bought mine at rat shack but there are others versins out there,,,
