Once again we need to write the FCC opposing BPL. FCC commisioner Kathleen Q Abernathy touted the wonders of BPL to the United Powerline Council,and is all for changing the rules for it. Read the ARRL report or look her up at www.fcc.gov and let her know how you feel. 73.
