(I know... I am guilty as well)
has had me searching for new sources of information.


Im not sure if you guys have seen the PBS series
BBQin with Franklin This guy takes BBQ pretty serious
yesterday we watched an episode where he made a serious
smoker from two big propane tanks... I do not see this episode
on the website yet.... but it is on some of the streaming sites...

Not that this adds too much to the thread, but I just took a walk down memory lane thanks to Big B.

I used to watch this show way back in the day called Grillin' and Chillin' with Bobby Flay and Jack McDavid. It was one of the first shows about bbq'ing that I can remember watching and it got me into grilling as a younger man.

McDavid is a total hillbilly wearing overalls, working alongside Bobby Flay grilling some awesome food in the middle of this field on McDavid's family property. This was before Bobby Flay made it big. Pretty classic show. Anybody seen it?
