Power Supplies

Bought a couple of used dell server power supplies, added a breakout board to attach power leads. Runs at 12.6v without anything done to it. Amp, radio and meter work fine. 15 bucks for a used 60amp ps is a no brainier to me

I've been running Iota power supplies for over 10 years now. They are from the RV arena, and can do both battery charging and work as a switching power supply. No RF hash from them at all. You can also add an adapter if you want to charge LifePo4 batteries (say for a go-kit).

No RF hash from them at all.
Either you got lucky or I was unlucky.
I bought an Iota supply as it was highly recommended by someone I know. Big mistake...... it generated massive RFI all across the HF spectrum and above making it useless for what I needed it for. I sent it back and bought a Megawatt. I have no regrets at all.

Sorry to hear that. I have two of the 45 amp units, and don't have issues with either one. Also bought an MFJ switcher that doesn't give me any problems, either. Glad your Megawatt works well for you.
