I want to find a power supply that will provide enough amps for the radio. I was looking at 1 stop electronics, but i dont know which power supply to look at....any one know what i need. will a 30 amp ps be good enough for 100 watt tx???

As said 20 amps is enough for the radio but more is nice to have.I have a Tripp-Lite PR-40a rated for 40 amps and I run my Yaesu FT-857 on it as well as a 2m mobile,a 2m 80 watt amp and several low power accesories. That solves the wall wart problem well.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
