Hello all,

I have a 2000 F-150 extended cab pickup that I am working on installing a 3 pill and a 8 pill davemade in. I plan on running a predator 10K mounted on a bracket that comes to the top of the cab, so the antenna mount will be level with the top of the cab of the truck.

My question is which length 10K should work the best? Wasnt sure if one of the shorter shafts, 9-12" would work or should I go with a longer, 17-22-27" length?

One other thing I was wondering is this... In my mind I belive that a single coil would work better am I right or wrong.. I mainly will use the system for local keying but I DO want the ability to use it in DX..

Thanks much,

Demon....aka..425 in the BYU

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
