You will need Chlorine bleach to sanitize water for drinking/cooking.
Save all of your dryer lint and pack it tightly into a metal canister and turn it into char cloth for fire starting. Get some magnesium fire starters.(Harbor Freight) If your propane runs out you'll need it.
Coleman liquid fuel stove, lantern which can run on gasoline motor fuel.
And of course you might need weapons. My preference is .40 cal. semi-automatic pistol and a small carbine in the same caliber. The reason you want just one caliber is so you can hand load just one type of cartridge which means just one size of bullet, one type of primer, one size of dies, one type of brass. and one type of powder. Use the carbine for big game food gathering (Deer) and the pistol for close in self defense.
The hi-point 4095 is a good one to start with. http://www.hi-pointfirearms.com/Hi-Point-carbines/40SW_carbine.html
The Glock 22 is a .40 and a combat grade pistol.
Also you would need a Ruger 10/22 .22 caliber rifle and pistol/revolver for small game food gathering along with a good shotgun with a lot of different ammunition and you are good to go.(Slugs, 00 buckshot, and #6 shot for birds)
And at least one good bicycle with bags, or baskets with spare parts.
