Does anyone know how to open clarifier to this radio on transmit. Nothing on internet yet?

if the adjustments inside are labeled .look for transit adjust and adjust it you,ll
need a 2nd radio to m onitor how you sound on other end.

Already had aligned to be on the money, but prefer to be open on transmit to sometimes have to move off frequency for others when talking skip. Also does anyone have the link for that video that shows the mod, having trouble finding it. Thank you for the assistance.
