Yes, he does have a nice radio, and my 2510 was sent to Roger so I understand the value there. My reason for wanting one though is simply for the CTCSS tone capability. My 2510 will be plenty of fun for me until I'm ready to play with the repeaters. If I could find out an easy way to add a tone board to my 2510 I'd be fine with that. This one was a good value as well, and I'm ok with it being stock and not having the extras. As much as I want the extras, I'd rather wait on those as it adds extra value right now that I just can't swing. Plus I can play with the same extras on my 2510 for now.
