President Jackson board to antenna connector wire

I'm repairing a Jackson that was a throw in when I bought a Cobra 2000. One issue is the wire from the board to antenna is fried and I don't know what wire would be best to use.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
