Problem with a D&A PDX-400

I went and bought a new Dosy Test Center meter and when I have my coax hooked up into just the back of my radio I recieve just fine and the same when I run a jumper to my Dosy's, but when I run a jumper to my D&A I lose all of my recieve, could anyone help me with this problem?

If there is a preamp switch on the back of the amp, switch it off to see if that helps.
