Programming the Kenwood TK730H

i really like the Kenwood TK-730H.
There is two different models, one covers commercial the other is amateur radio. if i bought one where or who would i have program it? i would rather have this radio over any new yaesu or icom. leave your input on this radio if you know anything about it.
here is what i found: WISCO International (Kenwood - TK-690H/790H/890H)

yes, those models are slightly different but are still pretty much the same.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
