pyramid phase 3 25 amp power supply

Got a used power supply
Turns on,Is putting out voltage, With a meter i can adjust to 13.8 v
Problem Only show 6 v. And when i key up my rci 2950 it only show 4 amps
The Radio seems to work fine. Does not dim like it will on a 4 amp supply
Any Way To adjust the meters
Was told it had set around unused for 6 years and is a little dusty

Meter multipliers and shunts can and do change values - but it sounds like yours might have had some field repairs. You need to get the manual or at least the schematic and do some troubleshooting in the metering circuit.
