I can seem to get the Quansheng software to communicate with my TG-UV2. USB drivers are correct and working, have check and have common Com Ports, tried Com port 2 first and then Com port 1. When I click on read data, I get a window that says "Read data from radio", there is a box below that which appears to be a box for the radio name or something. It will not let me type anything in that box, and below that box you have an "OK" and "Cancel" box that are clickable. I click on the "OK" box and I keep getting the following error: Communication Error: Please check all connections and communication ports settings. I have done this but can't seem to resolve this problem. Anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong or what changes I need to make?
