I have been in your situation more than once. The day before scheduled delivery my tracking would show it is at my local hub. Instead of delivery that day, they sit on it.

There is a definite madness in the way they do things.

I remember buying a new ICOM IC-707 from HRO, when it was half way here, UPS went on strike. I think it was over a week longer before it was delivered by a manager.

I admit, I still get excited waiting for goodies to arrive.
