Question: regarding FT-710 and the mAT-30 auto tuner.

I am pretty sure I have connected it all right and set FT-710 setting to external tuner.

But is it normal that after tuning the tuner doesn’t engage and I have to press the tuning button again??? Also is there a way to wipe the memory? It is a bit of a pain when using different antennas.
 

After using the mAT-30 for the last year, I just now found out I need to push tune a second time to keep the tuner online. I have been getting out, sort of, because I had the right antenna for whatever band I was using, but the online button was not lit. de LA0CY

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
