can anybody give me an idea what a homebrew 4- 4cx250r amp would do pep max and what the proper drive would be for an amp like this running on 220v i dont have an idea what the plate voltage would be!!!sorry lol

Here's the datasheet.
Specifies 2KV for plate voltage (I think that's what it was). You sort of have to know that figure before you can play with the other values.
Note that this tube is designed specifically for Class AB1 operation.
