I know, I know, old thread.........

I used a piece of the stiff green foam used with artificial flower displays found in the garage. Used the outer ring of the D104 head like a cookie cutter and a filet knife to cut a square for new cartridge. Cut like a dream. Snug fit. 3 minutes tops. Time left for a Guinness.

I have been rebuilding the MC-320 elements that I have. It is good fun doing that kind of surgery. I also convert them over to Ceramic as well but still use as many original parts as possible. Dont throw the bad elements away! lol
