Just picked up a pair of radio shack closed cup headphones yesterday to try out and WOW was I impressed. On sale right now for $9.99. Very comfortable and the audio quality is excellent, makes the DX'ing a lot easier, especailly when the band is very busy. Last night the band was wide open and it was a lot easier to distinguish different operators the just an external speaker. I recomend these haedphones. You will have to get a mono to stereo adapter so the will work with a mono plug.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
