Ranger tr-127fs

I have a ranger tr-127fs with no receive it does have transmit. I’ve checked the board and everything looks great has not been cut up or messed with.
Any help would be appreciated.
 

Do you see meter deflection on RX, like when you are receiving a signal, but you just get no sound? Also, do you get any sound at all, such as static, but no RX? Have you plugged in an external speaker to see if you get sound there?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
