A type certified version of this for CB use would have the potential to revolutionize the telecommunications industry as we know it, bringing CB back to popularity as it was used before the cellphone days.

This would mean freedom for some of the people who are shackled to cell phone bills, I doubt we will see one made.

Phone/HT has been around for a while now. Puxing had one out about 2 years ago but I don't believe they sold good.
