I have one, and I don't like it. The meter is too small to read for making fine adjustments. Also, I'm not sure that the PEP setting is really reading PEP. Doc told me once that any meter that is un-powered cannot properly read PEP. That said, the SWR measurements always seemed to be pretty accurate when compared to my little Paradymics.

I had one {don't know if it's the same } and after using it a couple of times the toggle switch broke. Rendered it useless. Might have been an isolated incident.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
